Welcome to Origin Roastery. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 (E-Commerce Law) and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law).

Acceptance of Terms

By using Origin Roastery's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Origin Roastery

Orders & Purchases

Order Process:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Product Availability:

  • Products are subject to availability
  • We may substitute similar products if unavailable
  • We will contact you regarding any significant substitutions

Pricing & Payment

Prices:

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Prices include 5% VAT where applicable
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Secure payment processing through Stripe
  • Payment must be received before order fulfillment

Subscriptions:

  • Subscription fees are charged automatically on renewal date
  • You can cancel or modify subscriptions at any time
  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020):

Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Coffee bags must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Equipment must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective products

Exceptions:

  • Opened coffee bags cannot be returned (freshly roasted per order)
  • Subscription orders are not eligible for returns
  • Damaged or defective items: FREE replacement within 48 hours

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • Incorrect address information may result in delivery delays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Origin Roastery and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation
  • Product information is provided "as is" without warranties

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
