How It All Began
Origin Roastery was founded to bring specialty coffee excellence to the UAE through transparent sourcing, careful roasting, and a passion for quality that shines in every cup.
We travel to coffee-growing regions across Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Yemen) and Latin America (Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala), building relationships with farmers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Today, we roast daily in Abu Dhabi in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag is shipped within 48 hours of roasting—because we believe great coffee is a journey from farm to cup that deserves to be honored.
