Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days are roasted and prepared for same-day dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Our coffee is roasted daily (Sunday–Thursday) and shipped via Aramex (UAE) or DHL (international). All packages include resealable bags with one-way valve and eco-friendly kraft packaging.

Note: No processing on Fridays and UAE public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Origin Roastery! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Coffee bags must be unopened and in original packaging
Equipment must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

How to Return:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Ship the item back to us
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll arrange for a FREE replacement within 48 hours at no cost to you.
